Welcome

A personal message from Attorney Ted Smith
For over the past thirty years, I have provided legal services through out Indiana and the Indianapolis metro area for individuals regarding matters such as filing a social security diability claim, recovery in serious injury cases as well as working with local businesses and not-for-profits. From personal injury and wrongful death claims to family law matters; from serving as mediator in civil disputes to acting as trial counsel in court cases before both juries and judges; from advising businesses in contract and real estate concerns to advocating social security disability claims for the disabled; from will contests and guardianship proceedings to appeals.
With an emphasis on litigation, a commitment to providing the most update analysis of the law and a dedication to the legal matters of my clients, I value the opportunity to represent clients in need of an advocate.
When people go to court, most do not want more than they are entitled, they simply want justice. They are often frightened of the possibility that they will lose even more than they have already lost; of the other lawyer; and of the costs. They need an attorney with experience and a dedication to their case. While I do not accept all cases, the cases that I do take I spend the time and attention needed.
I have also worked with other attorneys both in Indiana and around the nation as co-counsel in Indiana related cases.
Contact my office for an initial consultation by calling me toll free at 800-296-2290 or sending an e-mail through this web site. House calls are available - I will travel to you.
